  • We were attempting to submit a very large grant proposal due to unforeseen obstacle's we were down to just two hours before deadline 10:00 P.M. on Monday, night. Our internet connection failed and our mail server went down at that same time. We called IME explained our problem and how urgent that it was to get back up and running. They had someone at our site within 30 minutes. He restored the Internet connection and got the mail server back online. He also assisted us in preparing the large file for email, we were able to submit the grant proposal with 15 minutes to spare.
    That is what we call service. We were awarded a very large grant. I believe that this was in a very big part due the support we received from IME. We have worked with several other IT Support Companies none of them have ever come close to providing this type of commitment.
